Are your products organic?

Yes, we strive to use USDA certified organic, non-GMO and/or all-natural ingredients in all our products. We believe in recycling and typically use recycled boxes and glass, when appropriate including our shipping boxes and accessories. Rarely a brand we source will use a safe synthetic or a safe preservative to enhance the performance of their products. All ingredients are clearly listed on our products for your convenience.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, absolutely not! We are strongly opposed to animal testing. All of our products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free!

 

How long does it take to ship?

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase, depending on holidays, inclement weather, etc.

Why is the color or scent of my order different?

Being that our products are all handcrafted, minor differences will almost always exist with these types of products, based on when the ingredients it contains are harvested. This is not only normal – it’s almost expected! These minor variations do not in any way affect the potency of these products.

How are your products packaged?

Most of our natural and organic skin care products are packaged in recyclable box and glass to preserve their integrity and maximum potency and ensure there is no leaking of plastic toxins that occurs with cheap plastics. The plastic containers we do use are 100% biodegradable and BPH free, in an effort to reduce plastic waste. 

Do you offer free samples with your orders?

We offer free collagen eye mask samples on all orders over $50.  If you have a specific product you want to try, please add it to the notes section of your order right away and we will do our best to include it.

*Note all samples are 1oz or less. Subject to availability.

 

Where is Sucre Naturals located?

We are located in sunny Dallas, Texas. We are an online boutique and try to be as accessible as possible and have found we can provide you with the absolute best assistance possible through online support. Do you list all the ingredients on your products?

Yes, we believe in 100% transparency.  In fact, because our natural skincare products use natural and organic ingredients and occasionally safe synthetics, you won't need a chemistry degree to decipher our labels. Most of the ingredients should be easily recognizable. We encourage you to read our ingredient lists.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
